Information received
The forms collect name, email, company, location, segment, optional phone and message. Assessment requests require company details. Please do not submit health information, passwords or other sensitive data.
Purpose and access
Information is used to analyse and respond to your request. Records are stored in the website's infrastructure, with access restricted to Alvor's authorised administrator. Data is not shown to other visitors or used by this website for advertising.
Energy bill
The assessment form optionally allows you to upload an energy bill for preliminary analysis. The file is used only to evaluate the request and is never displayed publicly.
Retention period
Requests remain available in the administrative area for up to 180 days. Expired records are removed during new submissions or administrative access. If a commercial relationship follows, further processing will be communicated in that context.
Cookies and security
Public pages do not use advertising trackers. Hosting technical resources may process access logs for security and operation. Restricted administration uses authentication.
Questions and requests
To request information, correction or deletion of a record, use the contact form, select Privacy and personal data and provide the reference number, if available. Identity may be confirmed before any disclosure.
